How many stations does CustomerLink have?
CustomerLink has 152 workstations. Of these, 80 are blended inbound/outbound stations, and 72 are equipped with predictive dialing technology. All of our stations are equipped with high-speed, wireless Internet service. CustomerLink employs 150 sales and service representatives.

Who will be my main point of contact at CustomerLink?
Each client has an account manager to ensure we are one phone call away at all times. Each account manager works with a talented team of client service and sales personnel all dedicated to your project.
