Sales Reps
One of CustomerLink’s great strengths is our sales and service representatives. We hire the best! Most of our sales representatives have a proven track record in sales before they are hired. Our extensive training programs help us ensure that your project has highly skilled sales personnel.

Supervisors
With a supervisor-to-sales representative ratio of 1:20 or below, we are able to manage and motivate each representative on an individual basis.

Account Manager
The account manager is your personal business partner who works to find the business solution that fits your needs.

Client Services
The client service representative manages your project. As your day-to-day contact, they provide information and answer any questions regarding your project. The client services representative has one goal—deliver results and service.

Quality Assurance
The quality assurance professional assigned to your project ensures that every facet of your program meets CustomerLink’s high quality standards. They monitor the representatives and provide valuable feedback to ensure the program’s success.
