Connect with CustomerLink Our technical staff seamlessly connects your system with ours to ensure a secure, reliable connection. Our office location in Duluth, Minnesota, is a secure facility with identity-controlled access. Our databases are backed up, and we have built in redundancies and contingency plans in case of phone line failure.
Telecommunications technology. The inbound calls are received through an Avaya Difinity G3i Switch and nine T1 lines. This includes one direct inward dial line, accessing 216 analog inbound/outbound phone lines that can be extended to 10,000 lines. This makes it possible for CustomerLink to handle virtually any size inbound or outbound project, while maintaining an impressive and reliable average speed of answer.
Sales and service representatives. Each representative’s workstation is equipped with the following, ensuring the representative has all tools at hand to service your customer or make the sale.

Protecting your data. At CustomerLink each project has a unique directory structure on an internal network. Data going back to the client is compressed and password-protected.
