Training
Building the foundation for sales. All of CustomerLink’s Sales and Customer Service phone representatives are extensively trained on customer care and selling skills. In addition, they receive training on each client’s industry and organization prior to product/service education. This proven approach has paid off in increased employee retention, employee flexibility and employee productivity.
Interactive training. Our facility features interactive PC links at all training stations. We also incorporate extensive role-playing to ensure each associate can “think on his or her feet (seat)”.
